What is wrong with AI?

Hi, been playing this game for a few month and these past days specially after the last update which ended 1gem per boost, i noticed something went terribly wrong with AI, like today when my p.e.k.k.a was facing a hidden tesla right infront of him and instead of attacking it, it decided to go a little far away just to hit a camp! like the target selection is not ANY its "any kind of trash and ignoring defense system" and not just for this but other units have become quite stupid too, seriously my grandma can make a better AI for such a game what is wrong here?

As my experiences on continuously reporting problems, here comes the solution:

Don't claim SC for any failure in the game, they always do their best to stupidize the troops over the time. Accept or leave the game is (always) your only choice. Your complaints will never be heard by SC.

There is nothing wrong with their AI... Its just your bad deployment.

Nope, nothings wrong with deployment, as i said, pekka and a giant in e block of walls facing one hidden tesla, pekka walks by the hidden tesla, yes exactly it walked by hidden tesla it was infront of it, it walked and bypassed it went out of the wall block outside farther away just to hit a camp! now imagine this and say there is something wrong with the deployment, im sorry for you if you still feel the same way! everyone knows once a unit is deployed and walking in the base you can't tell it where to go but AI will.

AI is reverting to some version of stupid that I don't understand. I thought the AI was fine until the Hero update. Then everything went to h e double hockey sticks....

My dear, I have always tried my best to deploy troops in the center of the base in no hope. How could you keep saying that stupid joke? I have to question whether you have played CoC yet!

Its been goofy sense hero update and they've said nothing about fixing it. I've seen wallbreaker run across bases to "assist" giants. I've seen giants pull off defenses to beat on walls. There is nothing about deployment thats causing what I've see. Not everyone is a nubbins thats seeing this

I am playing it for over 1,5 years and I can tell you, you are not wrong.

something went wrong after the 1 gem boost, don't know exactly what, but I observed a couple of AI errors in the past days: Troops not targeting the nearest target but attacking towers behind, silly wall attacking behaviour instead of walking around, ignoring jump spells etc. etc.

as much as I don't want to believe this, but I think this might be true.

if I remember it correctly, I use all dragons attack for clan wars. I have a high percentage of 3 stars win...

but starting last week, I do not get the 3 stars... i sometimes get 2 stars... even 1!!!!

same deployment strategy is being used.

well, maybe since hogs are nerfed, anti-dragon bases were used. but hogs were nerfed a long time ago. so might be AI logic has changed. :confused:

I concur. Across my accounts I have over 1 billion gold grab, so I have done quite a few raids. I have seen wb break a line of lateral walls (or walk backwards to target an single block of wall on edge of base) instead of targeting walls with enclosed buildings. I have seen wizards ignore the nearest target, walk around a line of open wall, walk ON TOP of a perfectly good gold storage and attack the building behind it. AI is broken randomly.

Don't dismiss what you don't know or didn't observe. Bugs do exist ... imagine that!
