[WAR] heros are always available for war attacks.

Why?

- I'm personally tired of accidentally starting a war attack and then noticing one of my heros is sleeping (the worst part is justifying your own stupidity to your clanmates)

- and recently I'm also very tired of not ever using my queen on war attacks, because once the upgrade is finished, I already got dark elixir for the next (been focusing hard on that)

So the suggestion is:

Plus it's more than fair that war attacks should always use your full offensive potential, just like defenses use your full defensive potential.

1. Offense is already so much more powerful than defense, that a reduction in offense power shouldn't matter too much.
2. This has been suggested a bit previously.
3. It is YOUR choice to upgrade a hero. While it is upgrading, you should advise your clan of this and ask to leave. If you aren't allowed to leave for some reason, that is probably a sign that your clan doesn't care about winning a war, and it shouldn't matter.

1. My queen being out means I have to downgrade my target range from the usual #4-7 of the other clan to #8-11. My queen is currently level 12 and she makes ALL the difference to me. That is what I observed on my past 4 wars.

3. My clan attacks every other day. Meaning nonstop wars. I'm the leader and can't leave. Not only that, but we've got 25, if I leave, 20vs20 and 4 are out unwillingly. And as the #3 on my clan, my attacks are very decisive for the war result. My queen takes a lot of time to upgrade, meaning every level is like.. 3 wars I won't use it, 3 wars my clanmates will have 2 terrible attacks from me: either less stars, or I will steal lower player's targets, which is probably worse for the outcome.

As for the first point, Supercell needs to make money, so ENCOURAGING (not forcing) you to use gems to speed up the process is a way of this. That's the harsh reality.

Furthermore, everyone is always going to have a "period of weakness", where their attacks are going to be significantly weaker due to an offensive upgrade taking place (mostly spell factory).

You say you typically attack 4-7 as a no.3. Unless there is a massive gap between you and the 4th/5th best attacker, the fact that you have to weaken your target shouldn't matter.

If troops die, HEROES will DIE.

Supercell are not going to change this (possibly in the future, we're talking 25 years when they've ran out of ideas are somehow still a game)

The third point applies to anyone on any clan who doesn't want to be responsible for 4 people spending who knows how many days without warloot because the clan is 1 short of having a multiple of 5 number of players.

Supercell already makes a ton of money, all based on people's impatience, which I find fair enough. Balance issues shouldn't be reason for profit. It's indirectly a pay-to-win situation, something against the clan wars spirit and against what I believe to be the common sense regarding that matter - paying to win is not cool.

You see, people compete internally for a clan rank, and in that case, no one minds people "paying to win". You will face equivalent opponents anyway, the battle system is independent and balanced. This hero issue unbalances the battle system and provides those who want to spend money the ability to always use their heros: a significant and unfair advantage when battling (as you said, everyone will have moments of weakness anyways, right? except not.)

For your last comment regarding the gap and lowering the attack range.. I'm too lazy to even discuss that. You believe whatever you want, my clan wins 95% of their wars for a reason, good luck with yours.

What I meant is they get Knocked out.

EDIT:But they're just like troops. If troops die and don't stay in camps after war, then if heroes get knocked out they should re-heal and not be ready for war. Clan wars isn't different in any way at all really to attacking random bases.

except the fact clan wars are supposed to measure technique and how good players are against evenly matched players in fair balanced battle. as a team, in controlled and, I repeat, balanced enviroment.

attacking random bases dont really matter. it's all about loot, or throphies, or whatever you want to farm. It is not a competition, a match, when people should be able start even.

what about when upgrading? being knocked out, ok, it's fine. I only included that in the suggestion because it happens often that people attack without noticing heros arent available yet (too bad, whatever). Having your hero upgraded and necessarily out of 3, 4, 5 wars to come... that's bullcrap

The way I see clan wars and maybe others find is an easy way to get loot. It's kinda like farming but with better loot.

It's not really a competition. Just over 10+ players against the same number battling for victory like you would in a random attack.
