TH 9 TOO early!! Need Experienced HELP!!!

When i first started playing about a year ago I didn't know better and and crippled myself. I quit for 6 months and now I'm back trying to get my base up to standards. My builders are tired and underpaid but working day and night.

Can you guys please help me with priorities?!?!

Here's where I'm at right now...

TH9
Walls Lvl 6/7 (3/4 are lvl 7)
WT Lvl 6 (all)
AT Lvl 8 (all)
Mort Lvl 6 (2 are lvl 6 and 1 is upgrading to lvl 6)
AD Lvl 5(2) Lvl 6(2)
CANN Lvl 10 (all)
HT Lvl 2(3) Lvl 3(1)
Xbow Lvl 1(2)

I think my offense is ok atm (lvl 4/5/6's) so I'd like to focus on defense. During clan wars I rarely get attacked but I think it's because of the match ups not my defenses.

First of all get all your AT to Level 10 as soon as possible since they can attack both air and ground targets it will help a lot. Also upgrades those hidden teslas, they are one the best if not the best defense structure behind xbows and infernos because of their high damage per second and rapid speed. After you finish those two just do whatever defense seems most important in your opinion. There is no bad defensive structure.

Don't listen to anyone who prioritizes defense in this situation. Get your farming troops up first. That will make farming easier, this is your main priority.
Yes, i read the OP. Level 4 troops won't cut it. As for defenses, air defenses and cannons so you can get huge HP in both types of defenses.

Gotta agree with N8n8, focus your efforts in getting your farming troops upgraded, defence isn't as important.

Lab upgrades take only elixir though, so obviously use the gold on splash defences first and then point defences :)

Being a fairly new player I never know what the priorites are but I think my farmers are high enough and can't justify the expensive upgrades to all lvl 6's

Barb, Archer, Goblin, Breaker (All level 5's)
Giants lvl 6 to get inside if need be..

its honestly not even that bad. Get barbs and archers max asap though

By air defenses you're referring to all air targeting structures? or just the AD structure?

Also what levels do you recommend?

No really, get the troops you use up to lv6, it makes a world of difference.

Hmm...ok. I'll take your exp on this one. I've read everywhere that lvl 6 barbs and archers are not worth the elixir because of the minimal stat increase. Those who wrote that may not have any actual exp using them of course.

Even if they cost a lot, it's still a direct upgrade :)

You saw my defense levels at the top of this post...

I've now got 3 builders free and 7 mil gold in the bank. Your opinion on which defenses should be next? I only have 4 builders so I'd like to keep one free for walls and BK/AQ when I get enough DE

What you need are 220 army camp spaces, level 6 archer, barbarians and giants, plus level 5 wallbreakers. After that, everything will sort out themselves nicely :)

I was steering away from the barb/arch 6's but I'll go for it and 1 camp to go. Let's just hope I can hold onto that much elixir to start the upgrade. Everytime I got close I'd get steamrolled by TH9/10's so I dropped my trophies from 1850 to 1450. Looks like I'll have to camp out in the low range for a bit longer

farming offence over anything else, dont even farm gold.
