Dark Spell Factory (remake)
The Dark Spell Factory is an original idea by me, I first created a thread about it in January 2014. But since then, I have come up with much better ideas for it, and instead of completely re-editing the entire old thread, I decided to make a remake. So here we go...
The Dark Spell Factory would be unlocked a Town Hall 8, and is available for purchase at a cost of 2000000 (2 Million) Elixir. The Dark Spell Factory has a maximum capacity of 2 spells, thus making it not too OP. An upgrade to level 2 is available at TH 10 for 4000000 (4 Million) Elixir. You could also boost the production rate of the Dark Spell Factory for 10 Gems for 2 hours. The rest of the stats you can read below.

Cause enemy troops and heroes to take a nap with this tiring spell, taking them out of the battkle for a short period.

Spell Appearance: The Spell' color would be white, and when placed, ZZZZs would appear coming off of the spell.

When you place down the Sleep Spell, any enemy troops or heroes caught inside its radius, immediately fall asleep for a limited time. Any of your troops caught inside its radius will not be effected. You can also lure enemy troops or heroes inside the spell and they will fall asleep, but do it quickly, as this spell lasts only a short time.
Fire Spell
Cast a ring of protection with the Fire Spell! All troops inside its radius will be protected by its flames, and any enemy buildings or troops caught in the flames will receive a large amount of damage! Be careful of Inferno Towers, as they can still penetrate its flames and cannot receive damage from this spell.

Spell radius: 7 Tiles
Spell Appearance: The spell wold be orange in color, and the flames would change colors slightly from yellow, orange, and red.

The Fire Spell protects any troops inside its radius, as well as damaging any buildings or enemy troops, not inside its radius, but on the edge of the spell's radius. For example, if you place this spell down in front of a Barbarian, and the Barbarian will not be protected until he is inside the spell's radius. He would not receive any damage when he inside the spell's radius, until the he steps out of the spell, or until the spell wears off. Any building caught on the edge of the spell's radius receive damage from the spell until the spell wears off. The same with cc troops, if they enter into the spell's radius, they will receive damage until they either enter into the center, or exit. The Fire Effect of the spell last for 2 seconds after the spells wears away, the same time no matter what level. What the Fire Effect does is it continues burning the buildings, the same amount as it was while the spell was active. The damage of the spell is divided equally among all the buildings it is burning. For example, if there is one Builder's Hut on the edge of the spell's radius, that Builder's Hut will receive a total of 400 damage (or 500 if lvl 2 fire spell)If there are two Builder's Huts, then they both receive a total of 200 damage (or 250 damage if lvl 2 Fire Spell) Hopefully, this all makes sense, if not ask me any questions I will have and I will answer them.

I think thats ruled out anyways, original or not
The idea for a second spell factory was ruled out a long time ago, whether its dark or regular elixir.
