Lost & Found
Our history:
Once apon a time, there was this clan "Wam bam Thankyo." I was with them from the start of my clan experience. At the start, it was great, but then the leader started making some decisions that the key players didn't agree with. So a band of us left (Britt, Dan and I) to form a new clan, which we are now proud to call our home, Lost & Found! From the three of us the clan grew. What was nothing came to be what it is today, a great clan filled with generous players loyal to the core!
About us:
Right now we have 46 firm members and are in farming mode as to upgrade our troops and villages. On our last trophie push we were able to reach top 5000 which may not seem like much but considering we are only a month old it's a big milestone for us.
We require 50 donations per week which is no problem at all for us. We donate lvl4-5 troops and soon lvl6. We are far from tight when it comes to donations, we are all willing to donate whatever is requested.We are multinational which means we are always active, therefore we have donations around the clock. We speak English in chat but have an extent of languages including Dutch, Hindi, Spanish and French.
As a clan we realise that the best way to make progress is to work as a unit and move as one, if one of us farm we all farm, if one of us push we all push. We stand by each other no matter what! We have members of various ages and levels which adds diversity which we channel into using the different views and experience to help each other out. We are always willing to help each other out and share tips and advice ect.
Our rules:
As any good clan does, we have a series of rules which must be followed to keep order and balance. Here they are:
- Donate Archers Only unless asked other wise
- Donate 50 /week as a bare minimum, more will be appreciated, noticed and rewarded
- Stay active, but if you need to go for a certain period of time, place a torch in the top corner of your village
- Keep the chat PG13 because some of our members are younger than most. But I can assure they are mature enough to be 40!
- No hoppers! If you leave you ain't getting back in.....
- Respect each other!
- Work together, if its trophie week, push. Farming? Then farm.
- No asking for elder! Don't even discuss it!
- Listen to the leaders!
- The most important.... HAVE FUN!!!!
Note: Any breaking of these rules will resulting either a kick, or a warning, which will when added up will result in a kick!
Structure:
As I mentioned earlier in the thread, the clan was formed by three of us who alternate the title of leader every week. As for elder we have one permanent slot filled by "Raf" and three slots that also alternate every two weeks to ensure the is a goal for all members to work for and because all our members deserve the respect of an elder but we don't want to have an all elder clan, this has been agreed on by the members and elders.
We do not take begging for elder kindly, frankly it just aggravates us. How can people come into a clan and automatically think they have proven themselves to us!? No, it doesn't work like that. Elder is earned by standing out from the crowd in the said two weeks. We look for things like donations, activity, helpfulness, loyalty and how much the rest of the members look up to you. <---- THAT, is what makes a great elder. If your looking for an easy elder clan, go look in another thread.
Our Goals:
Being part of this clan is the same as being part of a unit. We work together to achieve the best possible. We are working together to reinforce the strength of this clan, improve our donations and our general clan life.
When we went on a trophie hunt, we were able to reach the top5000! Now we are aiming to improve our troops and defence by farming before we try to cut that in half and reach top2500!
We are always welcoming progress and believe in quality not quantity.
By a few months we plan to be a great clan capable of great things!
What we look for in a recruit:
We are picky when It comes to recruits. We don't want to hand out spots to just anyone. Several things we look for are:
- Maturity, we don't ask for 18+ because in some cases younger players are much more mature
- Activity, this means taking part in chat and doing your bit
- Capability, we want players capable of maintaining a high standard expected from our members
- Level of troops, just to make sure there are no lvl2 giants ending up there. We accept lvl4-6
- Trophies, we want members to be able to do well during trophie hunts
- Like minded to us, just so we can understand each other and be effective as a team
- Chat, we don't want to only see your name while you requesting! Join in!
- Lively, there is never a dull moment in this clan, why make an exception?
- Friendly, be nice! It'll get you far
10. Experience, this mean you are in a position to be looked up to and respected. It also means when someone needs help, you can be there to give advice
