Rest in Clan Event

Okay there's many clans that have members that don't have time or cannot participate in clan wars some time, the idea is... when someone starts a war, have the game automatically check of RICE (rest in clan event) make this the default so the member has to uncheck it to participate in the war, if it is left check for 24 hrs the clan war matching begins and the members with it checked, their stats and their war base is left out of the war and the participating members that uncheck this box will be the only ones fighting. This would improve game quality for all and make it a more fair playing field. For active clans that don't need this, have a setting in clan management page to turn this feature to default to checked or unchecked.

While its similar but it defaults to opt out unless the user chooses to fight no need for the leader assigning a list and changing the list and updating list its all automatic, but thanks for the suggestion to use the search option.
