sick of getting looted again and again ....

I almost tried every base to protect my resources but i always get looted for dark exilir ....no base worked (town hall 8 upgraded today from 7 to 8 ) ... GUYZ CAN ANYONE PLZ TELL ME A BASE THAT KEEPS MY RESOIRCES SAFER ......(SRY FOR BAD ENGLISH)

As a new hall 8 you will have trouble protecting loot (pretty much as all new hall upgrades do) until you have the new structures and defenses at a proper lvl. You are also a prime target for TH9's, which can usually obliterate most 8's whether they are maxed or not.

Best bet is to look into a base that prioritizes dark elixer protection (there's a good amount of them) and keep spending down your gold before you log.

Less loot you have available to attackers, the better....and have a farming setup so you can be sniped therefore free shields and better chances for your loot to be protected.

Well, I remember I was in the same position as you when I first got town hall 8, I kept getting destroyed and switching from base to base. The sad truth is that you cannot do anything until you upgrade all of your defenses to max. I currently have one base design that I have used for about 2 months now, and I have not been 3 starred at all. The best someone has gotten was a 70% with dragons. I am also in Silver 2 so I get a ton of free shields and there are not any town hall 9's down there who can 3 star me. When I do get attacked, they always fail and the best they do is get 100k of elixir, which I really do not care about since I am done with my elixir upgrades.

You should be mostly getting shields from farming bases and not full on 3 star raids. I suggest before going offline get a full army composition then train your DE troops for as much as you can, so as it cant be looted. Be sure to remember to remove them though before you attack/use the army LOL
