Small War Clan looking to grow slowly and smartly
Hi, all. You aren't going to find any flashy videos or graphics in this post; the players we are seeking don't care about them. We are looking to add five members, of varied levels, over the next two days. Please read on if interested.
We, a group of 15, have moved around together to different clans or otherwise crossed clashing paths. Last week, we formed a new war clan. We are small, and we want to stay small: first moving to 20 members, and then finally to 25. We view 25 as the optimal number, but we are in no hurry to get there.
Our members have all been in different war clans, and you can check out our war stars to see that we war very well. (We won our first and only clan war 42-27 (15 on 15). Some of our previous clans weren't organized optimally. Others were geared toward winning, but at the expense of loyalty and treating people decently. So we decided to spin off and form the clannamed MorethanWinning. Don't misread the name. It doesn't mean winning isn't important. In fact, it's the name of Tom Osborne's book, and he was pretty good at winning. Instead, the name describes our culture: we war hard, we don't miss attacks, we are organized efficiently, but we treat each other well and are loyal. Once you are in, you are in, and we aren't going to boot you because some higher-level player comes knocking.
Who do we want? Mature players who are good for their level and seeking a permanent home. We have a maxed TH10 (except walls), we have three players between levels 40 and 50, and we are evenly spread in between. The level doesn't matter because of the matching process. So if you have a few people together of varied levels, no worries. What do we expect? Be a decent human, have social graces, follow our simple war rules, and don't miss war attacks.
