What to do? Stay or go? TH8-TH9

I just hit level 81, so i guess thats good to hear. I was concerned that i see a few th8s in upper 80s.

th9 loot is bad if you're farming on gold 3 or silver league
th9 loot is just the same if you're farming on gold 2
th9 loot is better if you're farming on gold 1 or crystal league

I went to TH9 soooo much more premmie than you (1 month after starting the game, no gemming) and never regretted it. you are more than ready, go for it.

I fully maxed my TH8 for the fun/challenge, but am not struggling with loot at TH9. DE is much, much easier for me to access with 220 troops and an AQ.

Do whatever you want. Your bases looks pretty solid, if you want to go TH9 now.
