clan for beginners and advanced players, tons of wars

Hi everyone I have a clan that was practically just started and I would like to have a decent amount of players and would love to participate in clan wars often. I'm looking for only adult players, which means 18 up, no acting like a child. Also do not ask for Co leader or elder or you won't get it, the positions on the clan are earned not given. Lastly be happy with whatever units get sent to you because all of us were beginners at one point, and most importantly have fun, what's what the game is about :)
