I wouldn't call your base underleveled as far as i'm concerned.

I was about to test pingfao's hybrid but I'll keep farming with Junliang's one and max slowly all my defenses, with purple walls.

Freshly raided. still with pingfao's hybrid.

1 win , 1 KO lol
that Narnia got lucky, bcos most of the trap is gone taken by the previous attacker hehe

first of all. lemme teach u how to analyze. even though its only a 3 battles here, but nvm lets use it anyway.
1) did u see how much loot stolen per raid? if its your base, u think its ok?
2) i dunno if u notice. all 3 raids are from a low level attacker (as in the level of the troops). lv1 BK, lv1 AQ, lv2 Dragon, one of them dun even use wb.

now tell me, will it be a 3stared if a real th9 comes to raid? anyway by the rate of nyo11 losing 100k + resources i bet u wont try it anyway.

3 starred or not, what makes me fear is those -150k of EACH gold and elixir for EVERY raid you take :(

good. u should tell that to sixfive. first few raids by low level troops already 100k loots each raid.

Its pretty decent, considering you have 4 builders only.
I would personally recommend you to upgrade those wiz tower to 6 asap before upgrading others like cannon.
Lv4 wiz is really pretty low.

Thats another issue with bases which relies alot on traps.
Even ping's previous TH7 and TH8 bases all rely heavily on traps.
But overall increase in trophy and its fine.


But in the end, the purpose of a hybrid base is to protect both TH and resources.
In which even against average attackers, you are losing TH + 2 out of 4 gold/de storage quite often.

Then again, its not ideal at all for TH8 to be trophy hunting to be honest.
There are people who climb trophy by being super active and staying on shield, but thats another story.
As we are now talking about defending to gain trophy.

Not to mention th8 only has 3 gold storage, and not 4 at th9.
Yes, lesser to protect, but each storage taken = 66k gold gone, not just 50k.



Maybe a maxed out th8 would have a chance.
