Stuck on loading screen

I have a situation where I get stuck on the loading screen. The loading bar turns purple as normally, but when reaching 100% i stays there. It is the same on 2 different ipads and on my iphone. Its the same both on wifi and on 3g. I have good Internet connection, and for an example I have no troble loading boom beach.

It started when I was trying to find an oponent, after hanging in the clouds for about 10 minutes, I pressed " back to city" or whatever it is called, the game however stayed in the clouds. I then opened the game on another ipad, the first ipad goes " another device have loaded the game...." But the second device just stayed at the loading screen. Now all my 3 devices stop when purple bar is full, just staying there. I have restarted all three devices. I have deleted and reinstalled the game. I have made sure there is room enough on the ipads. I have tried installing a frre app. Now after about 1 hour the problem is still the same.

As said everything else works fine on all devices, Internet works fine, boom beach works fine. Clash of clans is stuck on loading screen.

Any good advice?

Try to close all the apps in the background and restart your device.

As I wrote, I had already restarted the devices, and I had also closed all apps.

My game have however loaded normal again now. I didnt have shield, and after 1 hour not being online, I had not been attacked. I am at 3514 cups, and you DO get attacked instantly, so somehow my game was offline for everyone for 1 hour.
