Clan ranking and rank rights.

Hi im new for forums and i hope its the right place.
Considering this games name is bound with clans so the game could have more clan options.
My offer is to increase from 3 ranks in clan to at least 5.
like:
Leader (all rights)
co - leader (all rights except kicking leader)
elder (onely clan mail, invites and start a war)
clannie (ore something like that) - (onely clan mail)
recruit (no rights)
It would be great if leader and co could give chat block for period of time and option to block war for period of time.
Clan info witch is seen to everyone could conatin more space

what would be the new elder? i think itd be better to have
Leader: All rights
Co: Al except kicking leader
Teller: Elder but can send clan mail
Elder: Elder
Member: no rights

I was thinking it would be nice to have more clan ranks as well. I think something is needed between "Elder" and "Member", which basically gives the player more status within the clan without giving them elder privileges. A possibility for a name would be "officer".

Officer sounds more like between elder and co

it wold be awesome if leader could manipulate rights like assign some co to non kicking ban or something like that ... our clan has issues with people kicking other people ...
