i'm a mid th8 with :

wallbreaker lv 5
healer lv 3
wiz lv 5
drags lv 3
pekka lv 1
loons lv 5
minion lv 1
hog lv 4

For the first base I would send in hogs from the top left, lightning the Left air defense, and send in dragons near the bottom right air defense
