Can your transfer your android village to an iOS device using only a Google+ account?

Hi, I recently upgrade my android LG Optimus to an iPhone 5S. I had clash of clans on my Optimus (townhall 8) and it's linked to my google+ account and my Facebook. But I didn't link it to a Game Center account because I didn't have an iOS device and didn't have any need to. After getting this iPhone, I now realize I might have goofed up.. My question is, since I no longer have the cell phone my clash of clans account was linked to, but I have the google+ account information and my Facebook information, can I still get my clash of clans village on my iPhone?

Someone please respond to this post.. Need to know how if possible.

No.. I don't think so.. If it was like that my main account would be on my iPad :( just like you can't link your Game Center on android. Sorry bud.
