Glitch

Here lately my phone has not been completing the actions that I have started. Such as, I will start training troops and then a little later I will come back and not all of my troops will have been trained. A portion of the troops will not have been trained but the resources that I have used will still be gone. I have lost about 75,000 elixir today since this problem started.

When I upgrade a resource time lags are occurring in it.
For ex:- I started upgrading elixir pump from LCL 6 to 7 which takes 12.00 hrs but I started upgrading @11.30 am but it got over till 12.00 am. This is more than given time.
Why it is happening this is my first time plz reply
