What is the best TH 9 farming strategy?

Im TH 8 right now soon to be TH 9, i was wondering whats the best farming strategy for TH 9 and what league is best for farming. I usually get most of my resources from the storages inside of bases so i need a good strategy to destroy the base and take the loot
