Town Hall 7 trophy range to farm ?

Hello everyone,
I have an almost maxed out TH7 atm, but I am struggling to find good collector raids (I mostly go for a BARCH attack on collector raids to farm) to finish those last upgrades (walls + dragon + 2 racks lvl 8). I am currently sitting in the 1400~1550 trophies range but I often spend 15mn looking for a good raid and often get looted quite hard by TH8-9ers, so I was wondering if this is the optimal trophy range for me.

Try 1100-1300, you wont get attacked much by th9+ so you should be able to keep resources and you often get good collector raids there too
