how would you attack this base, I have an idea but looking to see of there are any better ways. What would you use for troop composition+ where would you attack from, Keep in mind the person attacking this base has Max Troops, Max Spells, 30ct CC, lvl 21 king, lvl 20 queen
I'd go wipe it from the top right compartment, and let clan castle lead you into the core with the town hall. Spells are up to you. I'm not a pro, but maybe base of 2-3 golems 2 pekk as and 4 witches with 16 wb?

Top right, GoWiPe, 2 golems, 4-5 pekkas, a handful of wiz, 15 or so wbs. 2 rage, 2 freeze, 1 lighting (for cc troops). Just drop everything (golems first), make wiz take out outer buildings to get the pekkas to go to the center (though the funnels should do that for you), freeze to let the wbs open up the center and allow the defense cc troops to lure everyone into it before you drop lightning, rage and other freeze as needed. 2 stars, no sweat, surprised someone with those quality troops needs help with this base.
