Hey, I'm thinking of starting my own clan that will war 24/7. I am very good at wars and I expect you to be the same.
You must attack in all wars, but donation is not necessary. I will always donate stuff if I can regardless of your donated and received ratios. Requirements are: to attack in all wars with good troops and to know how to raid to get enough elixir for war.
