TH8 what to upgrade next?

My question is, when should I upgrade to th9? My main army composition is 10 giants, 13 wb, 30 archers, 94 goblins. I can usually get about 5-6m gold and elixir 1k de a day. Should I upgrade any of my dark units? I would like to max all of my army and potions before I upgrade to th9.

I'm a th8 with max cc, teslas, archers, cannons, mortar, wizard, air, all storages including de, all collectors, all barracks including de.

Almost all my walls are level 7.

BK is lvl 7.

Barb lvl 5
Archer lvl 5
goblins lvl 5
giants lvl 5
wb lvl 5
balloon lvl 4
wizard lvl 4
healer lvl 3
dragon lvl 3
pekka lvl 3.

Minions, hogs, valk, golems, are all lvl 1.

Lightning lvl 5
Heal lvl 4
Rage lvl 3

All traps are maxed except 6 bombs which are lvl 4.

I'm a firm believer in maxing Town Halls before you move on, with the exception of Town Hall 9, because that ♥♥♥♥ takes forever; but 8 and below is, in my opinion, a must. It's a good idea to max walls and defenses and troops/potions, because I consistently see TH9's having difficulty finding loot, partly because of loot penalty. So I recommend maxing everything. It doesn't take as long as you think. Just boost raid every day or every few days. It won't take long, and it'll pay off in the end.

In my opinion you should upgrade you town hall. On your laboratory wizard and rage spells are worth upgrading.

Upgrade your troops first.

Max first, loot is just a bit better at TH8
