After 7 months leading a feeder clan Ive lost my mojo.. Anyone relate? Share your burnout story, any suggestions on how I can recover my love of the game more than welcome. I love my clan, my members, I love leading, but nearly ready to quit CoC.

My leader in our feeder clan left us and went on to the main clan.. :( I don't think hes coming back.
I've been leading for about a year now.
Switch things up. Do you farm nearly every time you play? Push as far as you can. Make big expensive armies.
do you push a lot? Boost your barracks and go in! Maybe even buy some gems to get something cool and new.
i was gone for 8 months but recently got back into it, it might come back, it might not.
I did worse than that even.. My main clan nabbed my most trusted coleader, so they're in my bad books lol.. Instead I promoted my 2nd co to leader and went clanless.. Now I'm having R&R in a farming clan, until I can return. My job is secure, they're just waiting on me coming back, missing me
Another thing I like to do is try out new base concepts like right now I'm using this http://i.imgur.com/9zATne6.jpg
Go join some other clan(s) for a while. Leadership isn't easy. Good leadership is even harder. It can take up a lot of time, cause stress and aggravation, and may not feel worth the trouble. When you start to envy your members' carefree existence, it's time to go out and become one of them. Let someone else shoulder the burden for a while and see if it rekindles some of your prior love for the game.
Just don't try to hold on or pass leadership of the clan you're in to someone else while you remain. You're either not going to approve of how someone else runs the clan you built or they're going to continue to lean on your or expect you to pick up the slack. Start clean with people who don't know you or have high leadership expectations of you.
Good luck.
After 15 months of me being leader I was close to just leaving and I saw this Forum Elite thread and I entered myself looking for a well deserved week break from leadership, I come back to find my clan was trolled by a Co-leader, so things turned out well!
Why don't you tell us a bit more about what is causing the burnout?
I find that some weeks can be really busy with work and I find it challenging to fit in the normal clan stuff. To combat this, when things quiet down, I try to make some time (maybe a couple hours) to just sit in chat and hang with the crew. It's especially enjoyable during battle day.
Having strong co's really helps a lot, but it does happen where everyone is busy.
It's a game and you should have fun. Find something that makes it fun for you.
