Am looking for some sincerely honest answer. Am currently in a war clan (33 winning streak) but am going to upgrade soon n I belive if I want to speed thinks up I should leave my clan to farm. So am asking would make a difference or not? Ps am welcome to come back to my clan just want to know what other new th9 did. Am posting I pic of my base just in case I leave n u have/know of a farming clan thx sorry about the pic but couldn't get a better one cause of the size
Well, farming is of course the fastest way to max your base. Wars are great but they slow you down...as does hunting trophies...

If you want to visit my clan some time I would be happy to help you...as would the other members of my clan if I am not on line...Opes Revolution - we are a high level farming clan. Most maxing TH9, some almost maxed TH10 (maxed excluding walls and heroes). Just say Carlito said you could join in request (because you dont meet the join requirements)...I will tell them to look out for you though - just in case a bunch of other players use the same message to try and get in ;)
I have successfully been able to farm and war as a TH9 in a heavy-war clan. It takes some dedication, but it isn't impossible to keep the builders busy and war at the same time as a TH9.
To be fair, I upgraded to TH9 without maxed collectors and there have been a couple of times where I just stuck a builder on a collector instead of boosting and farming for a couple of hours, so one could discount sending a builder to the mines for a couple of days as having a free builder. I have 5 builders though, so someone with 3 or 4 wouldn't have this problem.
After your first month being a TH9, you should run out of elixir upgrades other than troops and then wars become an easy way to turn elixir (high-level armies) into gold (war loot bonus).
It shouldn't hinder you too much. I still take care of my mass drags while hardcore farming as well. If you want to be fully dedicated to that though then go ahead and leave, because wars will not help you no matter how you slice it.
im not a big fan of war think they are a waste of recorces if you want to upgrade fast leave and go farm. Just leave on good terms so they will ecept you back when your ready. good luck
When I upgraded to town hall 9 while in a constant warring clan I had to gem my spell factory for obvious reasons. Everything else I was able to farm like normal while warring.
The only thing that is tough upgrading while constantly warring is heroes.
I don't think you should leave your clan. 33 war wins indicates a clan of pretty active players. Stick around with them

I dont think that wars ruin your farming. Maybe it slows u down, but for me, only a little bit. Im a TH8 advancing to TH9 myself, and I have no use of my elixir at all since I started the TH upgrade. So, elixir is not a problem for me. I train my troops for war overnight or whenevrr I have a shield active
