Once a hopper leave the clan with troops that somebody donated , the troops return to the donators
if some supercell staffs see this post and actually put it in clash of clans , there will be no more hoppers bothering you

Just put a rule donate before requesting and this will not be a problem
Or you can just not donate to then. If someone request right away, don't donate.
Please make dark loot easier.In this way supercell popularity and daily income will increase by skipping lab upgrades.Thanks for reading my suggestion.
Someone made a good point on a previous thread on this, they would use the troops before leaving it! And if they are using it for defence then they will simply stay in till they get back on! However this was a idea from previous threads based on feed back that others said!Quote:

Some said they would just try to get kicked so my take on that is they lose the troops they were given and then they can't join another clan for at least 2 hours! No other penalty! But it would most likely cut back on most hoppers! And it can be made a option under clan edit, for those that don't mind clan hoppers! So you could choose if your clan would try to prevent clan hoppers or not!

Make a 24 hr waiting period at least to where new members can't request troops! Again let the clans decide if they mind hoppers or not, but if a hopper has to wait 24 hrs they would most likely go to another clan!
And yes I know you can do this anyway however the bigger your clan gets the less you can control who donates to who!
