Looking For People to Help A Brand New Clan Grow

Hey guys, im basically looking for people that are daily players, keen to donate and are willing to stay apart of the clan, i am the only person in my clan as i have only just made it but im looking for people that will help my clan grow from the beginning to the end. Elders will only be given when proven worthy, im looking for particular elders to give particular responsibilities. For example, an elder that is in charge of kicking members that behave badly or don't donate, also an elder that is in charge of recruiting when I'm not there. More elders will be needed when the clan expands, and elders will be valued
