I think that he wants a boost with various speed. I doubt that SuperCell plans to allow boosting because a 2nd lab is ruled out and this is similar to that

So is the 4* boost not enough for you? the time it takes to train all 5 spells is less than 45 mins if you boost them and if you want it any faster you would need to gem all your barracks, your king, and your queen to be able to attack in that time
