I think that SC should add a flag which is blank and it has like a selection wheel of countries that you can choose which are not currently available. This will solve the problem of putting everybody's flag requests in game. You could probably remove the pirate flag off the decorations to make space for this feature, and when you guys make quests then you can add things like the witch statue *masterminds post on quests* as a special offer, to make up for the loss pirate flag.
You can keep all the current flags on offer right now, but this flag will contain a variety of extra flags and maybe other designs on this 'selection wheel' of possible countries and designs. This of course only makes room for one possible outcome out of all the selections available, but it's a start!

PS: if I wanted an extra flag for that selection wheel, I would like an Albanian flag :)
