Starting a new clan is heavy!

Me, leader of a clan called 'The Sigarette' have been having trouble finding people to join my clan for real, either there gone after a day or two or they are inactive.
Its tough to maintain a squad of active members without a friend in real life or an online buddy in CoC.
So my qeustion is: How? How you build a nice clan? And dont andwer like 'here a nice thread about how to set up a clan cuz i saw al of them'.So answer this question not puting up a link pls.

Answer ASAP and maybe you could join?

Without trying to be offensive:
1. Try to have better grammar (people don't like a leader they can't understand).
2. Be a high level. You can't expect to get a lot of high levels to join if you are a low level yourself.

The problem being high lvl

I had my clan going awesome a few months back had a good solid 25 players that stayed with my clan for 9months..we won 34 wars..me n my bro helped them get stronger n they did..wen they all got to almost max th8 some of them th9 one guy decided he wanted to be leader..I got onto clash in the morning 18 out of my 25 of my top solid guys got persuaded to leave n join his clan..the other 7 players seen every one split so they bailed n all that was left was me my bros n two mates..now my clan is ♥♥♥♥ n filled with who ever wants in..i just donate to them all to gain Xp..maybe one day I'll get it back to how it was lol..

Im from belgium so my grammar isnt so good, i know that.
And im lv 81 and i am an early th9, but where can i get people to join?

Hi Sigarette why would you get people to join , not how!

Have a small loyal clan growing organically. Woodfolk uk. The question you need to ask is WHY should people join you, and then tell them, but finally you have to deliver day in day out.

I am a senior manager in a large organisation and have to use all of my skills to keep a clan together, motivated, focused and feeling valued. Its not an easy journey you have chosen. I wish you luck and ask yourself why - there are thousands of clans that can offer what you can - or can they? - Lightning bomb (LB) Hope this helps!
