Should PEKKA 4 available for TH9?

Give 9s a Pekka 4 and you might as well have a bank where 8s can just give 9s the loot.

As I said, the very same argument can be use with TH10 vs TH9, TH8 vs TH7... The next TH is always over power the TH before it. A TH7 can do nothing. I mean, literally nothing if TH8 bring 10 dragon, or 7 PEKKA 3 in. You actually don't even have to be a skilled attacker to destroy TH7 if you are TH8. Same goes for TH9 vs TH8. You will only have to worry about TH9 attack you with PEKKA in War. I almost guarantee it. Nobody farm with PEKKA. And if they have very very little skill to know how to do gowipe, you're dead anyway, with or without PEKKA4.

I really don't think TH8 is the toughest TH. I was TH8 once. You can always milk off juicy TH7, just like TH9 can milk off juicy TH8. You can't keep loot from other TH8 and TH9, just like other TH9 get attack by TH9, TH10. Same concept. I don't think one TH is particular harder than other. And one advantage of TH8 is you can actually snipe TH10 without worrying about revenge because of the loot penalty, especially if you are lighting DE type. Th9 can't do that. And, yes, TH8 can't deal with Inferno. But neither can TH9. With the exception of ballonions, no TH9 farming army can deal with inferno, I think. I have heard that if you can barcher with 5 fingers, you can overpower inferno. It's the same with TH8 & TH9.

Apples and oranges. The one time a 7 has to have more than 1.25 stored is if they max out storages when upgrading to an 8. Seriously, when have you heard of a 7 having 200 k to loot?

90% of the loot for an 8 ( maybe up to 97.6345%) is from TH8 and above. 9s live off of 8s. Give the 9s Pekka 4 and th8s are hamburger on a Big Mac.

Who farms with Pekkas? For one...half my armies have a Pekka or two ...they "cook" between alternate armies ( ummm...you do know of time management efficiencies don't you?). Like I said before, its fortunate for TH8s most 9s are simple minded.

When I was TH8, I milked of TH7 all the time. TH7 only need to have 1.3m in storage in order for you to get around 200k loot. It happens quite often. 1.3mil in TH7 is very easy to raid (couple of hours) and normal farmer would often keep their builder busy enough even with 5 builder. Maybe you are in the wrong cup range. So I don't really agree with your statistic that 90% 0r 97% of loot for an TH8 is coming from TH8

And I still don't agree with giving Th9 PE4 and TH8 would be big mac. Doesn't matter how you manage your time. 45m for PE- even 1 in 2,3 raids- means 1 of your Barrack would be spend solidly on PE. It would slow down your cooking time quite a bit. Meanwhile, Wz would be much more efficient (in term of dps) with Giants as meat shield. In my opinion, Farming with PE is VERY inefficiency, and most people don't do it. I don't even raid with Wz because it take so much cooking time. I liked to have them in CC just in case though. In short, I think people may farm with PE once it a while, but not often. And because they don't use PE to farm very often, and absolutely nobody using a few (3,4 PE) to farm, I don't believe it would be a problem with TH8 if TH9 have PE4. One PE 4 instead of 1 PE 3 would not make much of a different. If he can crush your base, he would, with PE4 or PE3. And I don't think if SC make PE4 available for TH9, people would change their farming style and use PE4. Or course, I was talking about farming only, not trophy pushing. People use Gowipe in trophy pushing. But well, if they're good in trophy pushing and using Gowipe, what chances do you have, with or without PE4?

Yes, because single wielding PEKKA for TH9 is too mainstream.

It usually goes barbs, arch, giants, balloons, and healers one lab level next on wizards, wallbreakers, dragons, pekkas and goblins. Why complain now?
