Should PEKKA 4 available for TH9?

The title say it all?

Do you think TH10 has new cool PEKKA 5 & New Tesla, should TH9 have PEKKA4 as well?

I mean, isn't it a little bit redundant when PEKKA 4,5 both available at TH10 but it skips 1lv at TH9? I can certainly understand it if it's New troops and upgrade to LV1 (you sometime have new troops and be able to upgrade it at the same time), but it's old troops. Instead of making 2 lv jumps, I think it might be better 1 by 1. Plus, it gives TH9 some excitement :rolleyes:

No, you lower level town halls have a lot of stuff to upgrade. Let town hall 10 get something for once.

Um, we have Lv5 pekka... hence why yes, I think Lv4 should be available to TH9.

Yes I agree, as should Goblin lvl 6 too
That doesnt need to be a TH10 upgrade

And when drag lvl 5 comes, then lvl 4 should be th9 as well

What disadvantage? TH10 got more new toys as well. And they give out the old toy to the "less fortunate" :D:D:D:D

However, it's not like they take anything away from Th10. So it's hard to say that it's disadvantage to the TH10 Players.

Well what if someone upgraded to get pekka level 4? Then they are disadvantaged because they only wanted that upgrade and they can't afford 5, this means they are at a disadvantage as town hall 9s have the same troop.

Well, I doubt that they upgrade just for Pekka4. And even if they upgrade JUST for pekka4, it means they love pekka so much. So now it even turn out better for them because they can get Pekka5. Pekka 3 costs 6m, pekka 4 cost 7m, pekka 5 cost 8m. If they love Pekka so much that they upgrade 1 TH lv just for pekka 4, I doubt that they can't afford 8m elixir :)

And assume that they did that just for pekka 4, what make you think if they are still at TH9, they don't do that for pe5?
