The Freezer-The Healers Dark Brother
So, awhile back I saw a thread in this section for a "Rager Troop", that would rage troops like a healer heals troops, but it was opted OP by pretty much everyone. But I did like the concept of a troop casting small versions of spells, and we already have the the Elixir version (healer). So why don't we have a Dark Elixir version?
I too thought the Rager was OP, but I feel that a troop that Freezes turrets or CC troops (on offense) or attacking troops (on defense) would be quite cool.
And before you yell at me that this is just as bad as the Rager, if you can constantly freeze all the defenses you would never lose. But let me stop you there, the freezer would not stop defenses, it would merely slow down their rate of attack.
Specifics:
The Freezer will shoot beams of ice, like a Healer shoots healing beams. Each beam that hits a defense will slow its rate of attack by X amount (changes with level) for X time (changes with level).
-It is a flying troop, so cannot be targeted by mortars or cannons

-Freeze: .25s
-Freeze Duration: 3s

Level 2:
-Freeze: .33s
-Freeze Duration: 3s
-Hitpoints: 575
-Training Cost: 300 DE
-Upgrade Cost: 30,000 DE
Level 3:Valks
-Freeze: .5s
-Freeze Duration: 4s
-Hitpoints: 625*
-Training Cost: 500 DE
-Upgrade Cost: 50,000 DE
Level 4:
-Freeze: .75s
-Freeze Duration: 4.5s
-Hitpoints: 650
-Training Cost: 700
-Upgrade Cost: 75,000 DE
*In Level 2 75 Hitpoints are gained but the duration doesn't change-In level 3/4 Only 25 Hitpoints are gained but the duration extends on both
**I feel that as a balancing effort there should not be any level higher that 4 as .75s extra in between shots is quite long already and it should not get any longer
Appearance:
At first, I thought (for level 1 & 2) he should be a dark blue with a blue circle around him, and large bat wings; but then I realized that that is the minion.
Level 1 & 2:
So instead, he should be a very light blue with a very light blue circle around it, and a fleshy (but not bat like) wings.
Level 3 & 4:
At level 3 (and through level 4) the Freezer should turn a dark lime green (keeping with the change in color in healers) and the circle around him should turn the same color.
Finally, although I would like to see this added, I don't think it should be the 6th Dark Troop. I think it should be the 4th Dark troop-unlocked with the level 4 Dark Barracks-but that would mean moving the Golem and Witch up a spot. I think SuperCell should deal with that how they feel it should be done, but I though of a way it might be possible:
-Keep Valks/Witches for anyone who has the level 4/5 barracks, and the next upgrade (3,250,000 Elixir) get the Freezer, but still have it show it in the right order in the menu, then have it normal progression (with the added troop in level 4 barracks) for anyone who hadn't gotten past level 3 Barracks
