Village edit save slots?

Hey I was wondering if you could put in village saves. Like 2 save slots for base ideas so you can quick change your base to one of the other two you saved and a third option from scratch. Like if a person wanted to save a farm base and a good defensive base and switch between the two quickly. And always have the option to completely customize from zero. Or just a farm and defensive base preset for your th lvl for people who dont like base creating.

I agree 100% this would be great as I like to change bases and try new layouts but can't go back to the old if I wanted to.

So you are looking for a separate function, similar to the war base layout function that currently exists? And in this, you can store 2 different types of base layouts.

This is an interesting idea I must say. I have a couple questions about this.

How would an attacker choose which base to attack?
And on your base type preset suggestion, would it be universally available to every player?

I play another game very similar to COC, and they have an option for a player to save up to three base layouts, and you can very quickly switch to another layout once you have it saved in a slot.

As far as an option to choose which layouts you would be able to attack, the base layout that is the current chosen "slot" would be the one that shows up when someone attacks. The attacker doesn't get to choose.

I really would like to see something like this implemented for COC, because as my base (and others) grows larger with each upgrade it takes forever to move things around and reset layouts when I either farming or hunting.

If you scroll down to end of this thread. You can see a section named 'Similar Threads' and If you are not blind, you can see this idea has been already suggested many times. So why to create new one while you can just bump old topic?

But they most likely didn't search the idea first.

I read somewhere you can only bump once a day, but that may be for a different sub-forum.

Yeah kinda like the war base set up thats implemented now. (I mostly got the idea because you cant copy your war base over to your main base and I just redid my entire war base and wanted to copy it over to my main and retweak it.) It would be private so the option to save your base would be only in the village edit section so whichever layout you chose would be the one people attack.

I was also thinking it could be like builders so you buy one for like 250 gems and the second for 500 gems. Also because there is two saves I was thinking that when making your base saves there should be a button like the one for village save now but another saying "save village as a template". Before you choose to wipe your base in village edit mode they could make it so the saved villages have separate buttons to switch which one you're altering.

Also yes if they decided to not have open save slots then I was thinking the presets would be available to everyone and it would update per town hall upgrade kind of thing. But you'd still have to purchace the preset save slot option.

Sorry I just looked on the page that had all the things that they had and stuff in the sticky threads. I figured I'd be looking for hours if I decided to look through the forum to see if anyone else had the same idea... Hope I didnt break any rules.
