Hardware limitations. Would you want CoC taking up half of the space on your iPhone?
I didnt know we did
I don't see why we would need another village. One is already enough to manage and takes a lot of time.
Hi,
I feel you may try from another device linking to a second Google account. But, as it has been said above it takes lots of time and effort to build a clan.
Thank you.

(real name + village name, I do not own any clan, don't think I am inviting you by mentioning my village name)
No 'We' dont want 2 villages.
I already spend the whole day on 1 village. Adding another would... Let's do the maths.
24x2
=48
if i had 2 villages i would spend 2 days on my village in 1 day. I would be using more time than possible.
I do not want a second village myself, but it should be up to the users if space is an issue. And to others talking about the time/effort involved - again - thats up to each person.
But another reason to allow two village on one device would simply be that more than one person may want to use the same device for CoC. For example, I play, and my two sons play. There have been a few times where a device was broken and it was difficult while we waited for a new device. And as a parent, I would like an easier option to go into my kids account to check on what they are doing.
Just some thoughts.
You have a different problem. ;) Perhaps CoC should allow as many accounts as you want but put a time limit on how much you can spend on them combined - like no more than 12 hours a day. So 12 hours on 1 account, or 8 hours on one and 4 hours on another, or something like that.
just kidding...
