Right at the minute I am getting slightly bored with Clash of Clans. Do you guys have any good suggestions for me to make it fun once more? Since I spent a bit of money on this game I feel attached to it and tat I cant quit it for some reason:/ Please no witty comments about telling me to move my collectors and storages away from my defence, I am not quitting however if I do I will definatly do that haha.
I'm a farmer so I don't know if you go for trophies or just resources, but for fun I like to train 10 lvl 3 dragons and wreck some TH9 guys. Maybe throw in a few rage spells? Changing up the gameplay keeps it fresh for me. Especially as you have to grind out a few million gold for 1 upgrade now.
I think that's what's boring me at the minute,2.5 million upgrades whilst doing 500k walls? Ridiculous. I would do that but I only have 1 barracks which can train dragons so it takes too long!Quote:

Do something fun like an army camp full of one unit like barbarians and spam them. And wallbreaker armies are also fun but not cheap.
I wish SuperCell would add something more that could not be gemmed. Something that took skill to earn and show off...
imho, Dark Elixir should never have been able to be gemmed, nor heroes but we are too late for that. so now what?
Don't upgrade the walls in that case. The ones you have are probably more than sufficient. To make it fun again, try out different things. Attack with archers only, or bars or goblins - or giants :DQuote:

I know this is in general but it would be cool to have a sandbox mode like they showed at that event thing with 300 of each troop and all the spells against random villages, they made it on there so surely it would not be to hard to give it to everyone? Obviously you'd get no recourses!

After someone has successfully smashed your base, join their clan and congratulate them, you will make a lot of friends.
Try a donation run, gift your high level troops to smaller clans, I did this yesterday, gave out dragons, wizards and archies. One guy made me leader of his clan ( I was very touched by this ).
In GC challenge a friend, but really send them a message, I'm having a lot of fun with this!
Visit other clans, if your clan has a non visit policy, make a mini account and visit lots of clans, it's fun and you get to meet lots of wonderful people:)
At some point SC will realize what keeps people playing is the social interaction it brings like minded people together, so they play longer. Hopefully, an in game messaging system will be added, then this game will be EPIC!
Perhaps SC could buy out Glassboard? Too bad Gamecenter allows duplicate usenames.
