New Dark Troop
My idea for a new dark elixir troop is called the Clberos, named after a Kerberos; a three-headed dog. It has 4 levels. The design isn't too hard to figure out.
It has a movement speed of 16, has a housing space of 20 ( due to being a little op), training speed of 25 minutes, and attack ground and air troops.( attacking style is described later in the post.) It has a 1 tile splash damage.
At level one, it will have 95 damage per attack, 350 hitpoints, but cost 150 dark elixir. At level two, it will have 120 damage per attack, have 500 hitpoints, and cost 160 dark elixir. At level three it will have 170 damage per attack, have 695 hitpoints, and cost 170 dark elixir. At level four, it's max level, it will have 200 damage per attack, 800 hitpoints, and cost 200 dark elixir. It's attacking style (at level one) it shoots fire balls, like wizards. At level two, it shoots fire. At level three, it shoots dark elixir balls. At level four, it shoots something like a level six wizard, but darker. It is the first troop with 2 modes, like the x-bow being able to hit only ground or ground and air, but with a shorter range. It can either have all three heads attack one building at a time (increasing its damage and destroying buildings faster, or have it target 3 different structures at a time, making it weaker, but being able to hit different buildings at a time. It also doesn't have to target 3 buildings at any time. it can attack a building, clan castle troops, and maybe the enemy king.
While being so good, it has a few down sides, such as x-bows doing 1.5X the damage to it, inferno-towers doing 1.25X to it, and wizard towers doing 1.5X. Archer towers and cannons do 0.5X to it. Teslas and traps does normal damage.
When you kill it, one it will lose a head, but will have 2/3 the power ( because it has 2 heads instead of the max 3) and health points as having three heads, and when you kill it again, it will lose another head and will have 1/3 the original power, and when you fully kill it, it does a 3 tile radius explosion, doing only 50 damage. You get this at town hall 9.
It will take 25,000 dark elixir to go to level 2, 35,500 to go to level 3, and 50,000 to go to level 4.
FAQ:
Q: Why does it get weaker when you kill it?
A: It will lose one head, making it less effective. think of it like the golem, when it explodes, think of the golemites as the Clberos with 2 heads, when you kill one golemite, think of the remaining golemite as the Clberos with 1 head, when you kill that other golemite, think of it as the defeated Clberos.
Q: Do you mean a Greek name? That does not fit with the medieval theme!
A: I do mean a Greek name, but I only mentioned it as the inspiration, plus Supercell had said that they had some exceptions in the medieval theme, such as the dark elixir drill or the balloon. I cannot think of a reason why Supercell will not put it in the game because of being not in theme, plus, can you think of a game that is 100% in it's theme?
Q: Why town hall 9 and not 10?
A: First of all, it doesn't fit the theme of 2 dark units per town hall level ( town hall 7 gets dark barracks level 1 and 2, getting the minion and hog rider, town hall 8 gets dark barracks level 3 and 4, getting the Valkyrie and Golem, and town hall 9 gets witches, so maybe if this is put into the game, it will have the town hall 9 get two, and the next two dark barracks levels will be for town hall 10, and this will make it easier on Supercell.) and because having only 2 drills, (and depending on your league), you might not make a lot of dark elixir, so this will not be overpowerly used, like an all Clberos attack at max level.
