They should make teslas absorb some of the damage from lightning spells. In the last few days alone I have lost over 5k dark to zappers who don't have the skill to raid me and take my resources without using lightning spells to do so. And it's pretty lame when People are trying to save up for costly dark upgrades to have 2 lvl 4 spells takes almost 700 dark.
I like this. But if someone zaps your DE, the teslas would be hidden, so............?
Make then activate when they drop them. Most of the time a zapper drops spells snipes th and leaves so wouldn't matter if the position is revealed. Plus that would be the cost u wouldn't have to put the tesla next to a storage if u didnt want to which wouldn't reveal position of tesla of the spells were dropped.
Sorry shoulda put that in op it should have an absorb range so u couldn't have one by ur th and dark is in the Centre of walls but yet it still absorbs some of the damage
I dont like it, pretty much defeats the purpose of the lightning spell, and btw guys that lightning ur DE storages only take 1/3 DE at most not an entire loss

Seuss since when did the lightning spells purpose become zapping storages I can think of a ton of uses such as clearing cc troops or taking out mortars and wizard towers to maximize damage done from troops who normally get wasted by them . Such as archers to mortars
Also I know they don't take it all but when ur have over 2k available u start loosing a good chunk. Atm basically every raid I get on me is a zapper taking 6-800 dark i attack loosing my shield then maybe get that back or a little more/less to get raided 5 mins later by a zapper. So I gotta stay glued to the game to get ahead with dark?
I never said lightning spells was just for zapping, but if a tesla or a building absorbs some damage from a lightning spell it defeats the purpose of using a lightning spells for many uses, getting rid of cc troops, destroying air defences and motars, ect. Not just the DE storage zapping. I have been zapped before when i have about 1k available and lose up to 400 DE, it is annoying but its part of the game. I specifically dont like this idea because a tesla may absorb some damage from a lightning spell preventing me from destroying an air defence or motar, when i have just enough lightning spells, and sometimes cc troops (not as often but still possible).Quote:

I never said teslas render spells useless I was thinking a small percent of damage and common those teslas look like lightning rods anyways it would go hand and hand with their design.
