Help! I bought gems but it didn't give them to me!!

I bought 8.99 euros gems pack but when I agreed to the purchase it took my money and it didn't give me the gems, what can I do?

Yes i've localIAPstore, but on clash of clans obviusly it doesn't work.

That's your problem. Try to get a refund, then disable/uninstall localAPstore, purchase gems, then optionally re-enable.

Refound? Do you mean to contact the support? If yes I don't know what i've to do.

You need to (on pc or mac) get then open itunes, and sign in. Click on my account>purchase history. Now, find the gem purchase(s) and click 'report a problem'. Report that you didn't get our product, and you should be issued a refund within less than a week.
