They also elaborated more previously that they wouldn't make heroes based on current troops. New heroes are a possibility, but no Wizard Prince or Goblin Knight... etc.
The rule you highlighted refers to doing 13 new heroes. New heroes based on current troop types are NOT ruled out this has been answered many times on these forums, please message a mod or staff member for details, thanksQuote:
