I have however been using Norsk of late to recruit, as tbf, it has good, skilled players within there. I left my long time clan (8 month home clan family) to start a new clan 7 weeks ago and being competitive, I want the best new recruits in my clan, so use Norsk. I do however also enjoy general clash talk in global when Im not speed farming with spell boosts.
What's Norsk?

I am in favor of a long term player/higher level/skilled players global but level isn't really the criteria i'd prefer to see used, given how easily (and often) it's now being run up through mass donations. I think the idea of having unlocked globals for certain levels is a super Idea, it will keep things the way that Norsk players from English globals had intended Norsk to be used to just chat and not be annoyed by younger kids. It is really hard to find a medium though in this game.
A win win situation. Native Norsks get global back, higher ups get global, and lower downs come back and spam english global!
Norsk I would say is pretty useless for recruiting. They are some of the most unloyal players that I have ever seen. They stay for 2 days max take troops dont talk do nothing and then leave because " your clan sucks". It has happened far too many times. I said this on another thread that loyalty is the ♥♥♥♥s at this point. There needs to be motivation to stay with a clan and supercell has never added a function to push players to stay with a crew. When the first game started most of us wanted to stay and help one group build. Now with players 90+ they dont want to stay they are not active not interested they waste your time more then anything.

How is it unfair when many of us have been playing for almost 2 years? I mean how many of you low levels trying to recruit 90+ players "actually" get them to join your clan? I like the idea for higher level gameplay. There is still English and Norsk. I mean there are still many good players on both. There are still people to chat with so in reality it isn't that bad. Imagine what Norsk was like before most players found out about it. I remember that It was all chatty, not annoying. It gave flare to the game and made us want to go on global. Ok segregating it by language is ok because if they were all in with each other a no one would understand half the things being said because they would all be in different languages but not by lvl. I like it when I see high lvl players on global. Also the higher lvls don't really need global because a lot of the people on global are trolls so they recruit here on the forums or by some other method. And if you are on the forums you must be active while any high lvl player could go on high lvl global and join a good clan even if they are not that active. there is a pecking order and this idea keeps in pace of how clash is setup. Barrcks unlock correct? As does everything else. You don't see many mixed clans, noobs to champs in the same clan. Most people stick around their own level area.
I only used 90+ as a example. Maybe every 20 level a global could get unlocked (120 is max)
I would prefer a seperate chat for 90+, not sectioning off people from global until 90.
I don't care what you say new players need to get a clan sooner than 90 (That's about the time they hit early th8/late th7 for most people). If this idea was put in as is it would be basically impossible to get a clan without forums (And even then, who has a sub Th7 clan advertising on the forums) so the CC would be worthless for a large chunk of the game and 1/2 of the damn title would not come into play until months or even years in.
I don't recruit players levels 90+. I've been playing since 2012 and haven't reached 90. Level means nothing. Someone with money can gem and get to high level. They could be trying to recruit high level also.Quote:

I would disagree with 70 being early th8 in my experience with th8's i've met it is around mid. Besides why the no th8 feel? It was the top th when the game first started I believe. And they aren't that much worse than th9 (They can get golems for example). Maybe 80 then in my experience that is early th9 is lvl 80.And also 70 is not maxed th7.
