The demand is there and has been for some time now. Uppers want to hang and chat with other uppers without the hassle from lowers. Norsk was a great idea but its ruined with beggars, spammers and noobs.

Its a pretty good idea but it should be optional.
Great idea!
I have however been using Norsk of late to recruit, as tbf, it has good, skilled players within there. I left my long time clan (8 month home clan family) to start a new clan 7 weeks ago and being competitive, I want the best new recruits in my clan, so use Norsk. I do however also enjoy general clash talk in global when Im not speed farming with spell boosts.
What's Norsk?
I'm level 120 before you start saying anything else lol
I am in favor of a long term player/higher level/skilled players global but level isn't really the criteria i'd prefer to see used, given how easily (and often) it's now being run up through mass donations. Using a high total achievement point/stars would help keep it limited to the long time players, or that in combination with level.
I think even having separate globals for different purposes.
For Instance:
- Globals unlocked at certain levels 25,50,75,100 and so on - or even some more focused recruiting places where people can go if they are in need of a clan.
I think the idea of having unlocked globals for certain levels is a super Idea, it will keep things the way that Norsk players from English globals had intended Norsk to be used to just chat and not be annoyed by younger kids. It is really hard to find a medium though in this game.
A win win situation. Native Norsks get global back, higher ups get global, and lower downs come back and spam english global!
Norsk I would say is pretty useless for recruiting. They are some of the most unloyal players that I have ever seen. They stay for 2 days max take troops dont talk do nothing and then leave because " your clan sucks". It has happened far too many times. I said this on another thread that loyalty is the ♥♥♥♥s at this point. There needs to be motivation to stay with a clan and supercell has never added a function to push players to stay with a crew. When the first game started most of us wanted to stay and help one group build. Now with players 90+ they dont want to stay they are not active not interested they waste your time more then anything.
