New Troop Idea: Necromancer

I had an interesting idea for a new dark troop in the game, and I wanted to share it to view the overall opinion. Please note that I'm relatively new here and I have no clue if this has been suggested before, but let's dive in!
Please note: This figures are purely estimates and can be adjusted. Not all are shown (duh).
The Troop: Necromancer (Level 1)
Description: These weightless levitating creatures can revive any fallen troops on the battlefield, but watch out for troops that aren't yours!
Damage per second: 0 (It doesn't destroy anything, similar to a Healer)
Damage per attack: 0
Troops revived: 6 (+2 every upgrade)
Hitpoints: 50 (+8 every upgrade)
Training cost: 200 Dark Elixir (+50 every upgrade)
Training time: 20-25 minutes (not sure)
Town Hall to unlock: 8
Revive Type: Area Splash (2 tile radius)
Housing Space: 10
Training time: 25 minutes
Movement speed: 20
Dark Barracks Level Required: 3 (maybe it can be unlocked alongside the Valkyrie or the Valkyrie can be moved to the next Barracks upgrade)
Upgrading:
Research cost (level 2): 60 000 Dark Elixir
Laboratory Level Required: 6
Research Time: 8 days
Basically, this troop does something similar to what a witch does. When you deploy a Necromancer onto the battlefield, a certain number of units in say...a 2 tile radius of the Necromancer will be risen from the dead with a certain amount of health. This would prevent, for example, troops with many hitpoints like Pekkas reviving with full health.
The whole "twist" to this could be that if a Necromancer is spawned in the radius of troops that died from a previous attack from another attacker, those troops would rise and fight against your troops, similar to Clan Castle troops. This could be nerfed or completely removed, as it is optional, but a nice twist so they aren't perfect. But most people in high levels (town hall 8) remove the gravestones so it shouldn't be a common occurrence. When they are in a Clan Castle and come out while someone is attacking, they will revive dead clan castle troops (if there aren't any other troops inside, it will do nothing).
Visual: Nothing yet. I was thinking some sort of ghost-like black levitating creature with a fancy cloak on, like a Wizard.
Pros:
- Adds a new and different aspect to the game.
- Can be used strategically in one's favour.
- More dark troops!
Cons:
- Can possibly be abused (say, you bring one Pekka and constantly revive it when it dies)
- Might be too overpowered
I know a spell like this has been suggested before, but I don't know if anyone has ever thought about it in a troop form.
