Upgrade to th 10 or farm Legos?

So my th 9 is nearly maxed. Just a few more upgrades and I'll be done. My dilemma is im not sure if i should upgrade to th 10 or farm Legos. Being at th10 I've heard the loot is tough. I currently have almost all skulls, only 20 more left, but I'd obviously like to get to lvl 9 walls however being that at th 9 you can attack th 10,9 and 8 and still get great loot so ideally you can farm easily but once you go to th 10 you really can only attack th10 and th9 before the loot bonus kills you. So my question is should I go to th 10 and just farm out Legos there and if i do what's the best strategy and where to farm? Or should I stay at 9 and since my base will be maxed i can dump all gold into walls so it won't take me too long to get Legos.

It really depends on what you want. Sure, you can spend the next month, 2 months, 3...4 even, farming lego walls, just so your base looks better. Or you can go up, get the new toys, and spend the same amount of time doing upgrades and walls.

IMO, if you are a serious farmer, and could farm the 250m in a month, 2 maximum, for your walls, then stay. if not, then go to th10, and enjoy the toys. You will always have time for walls.

i have the same problem?!?! Alll of my defences are maxed, and just today i finished my lvl 8 walls. i have no clue wether i shud just go to th 10 or 9. I think th 10, I'll think for a few more days

What level are your heroes? If not near max I would stay at TH9 and farm for DE and gold. I have a ways to go for all skulls, but I upgrade 4-6 at a time before I upgrade my next defense. I can only imagine how fast that would go if my walls were the only thing I needed gold for.

Ya thats my issue. Normally I can farm like for several hours however the next two months I'm not going to be able to be as active as normal. Still be able to get on but not for 4-6 hours a day like i am now. Thats one reason why I'm leaning towards 10. I just don't want it to be a struggle to get Legos. Now I can boost my four racks and in two hours barch 3-4 million in gold. Being a th 10 with the loot penalty i have a feeling i won't be able to do that.

I farmed mine in about 2 1/2 weeks, its really easy, I would recommend doing them now as a th9 where you can still farm th8s

my heros are 10 bk and 9 aq. I stopped upgrading them when the update came out because i feel like the additional regen time per upgrade isn't worth the additional 4dps and 10 hp. Ill upgrade my aq to 10 and probably stop there. Don't see the point in getting my heros further. But that's another topic.....

Damn 2 1/2 weeks! Thats legit. What range did you farm at? That's pretty impressive.

I boosted using about $15 worth of gems so that and the fact im on vacation so i play maybe 12 hours a day helped, i was anywhere from 1450- 1900 (1750-1800 being my sweet spot) :cool:

If you want you could check out my base info in my sig, as you could see ive already begun with my lavae walls (the real pain in the ♥♥♥)

Damn! Ya i don't have that kind of time. Lol. Nice base though!! I really want Legos. Lol
