Clans searchable for war

Hey all, my clan and I were thinking that you should be able to search for clan war partners. This would be an entirely different approach to war, there would be no loot, and it would not appear in clan war history. These would be something akin to practice wars. Something to help you coordinate your clan and tactics for the real deal. The clan who is being challenged would have the options to either accept or decline depending on if they thought it'd be fair. Just an idea that I think would help improve gameplay a little by enriching the strategy in Clash of Clans.

practicing attacks can be abused. They can just copy a base that they need to beat, pick exactly what troops to use and where to attack from, making the game pointless. Even the best bases would be worthless due to people practicing on them countless times.
