"Add friend button" And new chat tab section

I've found myself in a situation in which I have met a person in Global chat and we talked a lot,to stay in contact,both of us suggested each other to join their clan,since none wanted because they have a lot of friends in their current clan,nothing happened,we just said bye and never met/talked again. Talking to each other on social networks just wouldn't be the same. So I've come up with an idea,what if an "Add friend" button is added along with a new "PM" chat tab. Where we could have friends and talk to each other personally without the need of a social network or leaving a clan.

Great idea! Though many people have suggested this, I support the post's re enforcing that it is noticed so this brilliant feature could be implemented! Try adding a poll to get Supercell to notice how many people want this!

I thought it has been suggested but I still did it hoping one of Supercells' devs will see it
