Like the name though the overall troop needs some work. For example why would rage heal him? Isn't that what a heal spell is for? Also what might this new troop look like? When is he unlocked? How much are the upgrades? And just information like that.

More elixir troops is ruled out
I don't see anything op about a troop that has the hp of a Valk and the range of an Archer tower. Are you sure you don't want it to summon minions on every fifth attack as well?
