Private e-mails

I'm shure that I'm not the first to tell you this...
You can put an other button for the e-mail(s): "send a top secret e-mail" or "send a private e-mail" (the same).
The private e-mails can be send only to 1 or 2 or 3 (how many you want) members...
I'm a co-leader and sometimes it appens to me that I want to kick out a member, but I can't do it without the permission of the leader, and I want to tell him this fact, but: I can't write on the chat because the member can see the message,
I can't send an e-mail because everybody can read the e-mail (and, of course, the member that I want to kick out), and finally (maybe) I can't explane to the leader this by words...
So, the solution??? PRIVATE E-MAILS!!!
