Clan share/contribution

It would be amazing if within a clan we had a "clan bank" for elixer, dark elixer, and gold... This would have an upgradable limit. Any clan member can add to it but only elected or selected members could be treasures to distribute funds in times of need. As of now you can donate troops for war and ect but what about helping your weak members upgrade their base during a war? Or what if a member is only a few thousand short on a major upgrade? This addition would make the wealthier clans more desirable and make the recruiting process a bit more selective eliminating the fly by night clans. Let me now what you think...

Sorry to inform, but this idea is Ruled Out! Meaning it won't be implemented into the game any time soon! An amazing idea, but make sure you read the stickies in future.

*An exchange building to convert between elixir, gold, dark elixir, or gems
*Assign multiple builders to one build/upgrade
*Upgradeable builders’ huts – lvl 2 huts for a 5% time decrease?
*Player search function
*Ability to change village name
*Active/ Live “Online Status” examples: colored icons, on/off indicator, etc.
*Indicate last online date
*Remove the “Report” button/feature from global chat. Abused too often, and mute is better solution

I think that maken beginners help to much. And i have a question: if a clan had a clanwar, can the gold AMD elixer every1 donated be stolen?
