Minor reshuffling of buildings and troops from th8

PThis is just an opinion.

i always feel like a th8 deserves 1 xbow and upgradable to lvl2 so u can get the 2nd xbow and the lvl3 upgrade on th9.

after the lvl5 pekka update, i feel that its only fair that a th9 should have the lvl4 pekka. Why give a th9 a lvl4 golem if u cant have a level 4 pekka right? i wont justify dragons because they still max out at lvl4.

since a th8 gets an xbow, a th9 should have an inferno tower and upgradable to lvl2.

and one more thing. A lvl11 wall doesnt compliment a max out th10 very well. Just saying, if its red. It might work.
