Just a Few Ideas

Hi, I have a few suggestions for the game.

1. Use multiple builders to speed up the process of upgrading something. So, if it takes say, a day to upgrade your town hall, and you dont want to wait that long, you can have the option of using as many builders as you want. So if you use two, it takes half the time, three a third the time, etc.

2. Upgrade builders huts. It costs maybe 100 gems or about 500,000 gold. The builder works faster at upgrading objects.

3. Speed up attacks. If you know youre going to win an attack, but the timer is going too slow, you just want to get it over with, so like in a replay, I believe you should be able to do a 2x or 4x during an attack.

4. Destroy gem boxes. If you are attacking an enemy, you can destroy their gem box if they have one. The box would be the absolute last thing that is destroyed on the map, and have around 5,000 hitpoints or so.

1 and 2 are ruled out. 3 is useless, just end the raid. 4 is just a bad idea and has been mentioned soooo many times. Read stickies and use the search function before posting.

Why are one and two ruled out though? I think those are by far better..

1 and 2 are ruled out, sorry. Destroying gem boxes wouldn't be fair. I would drop down to 0 trophies, and 100% all the lower leveled people and take their gem boxes everytime. Also, speeding up an attack is interesting, but probably will never be implemented into the game.

Not only are 1, and 2 Ruled out but 3, and 4 are just bad idea's as well (IMO).

Yeah, and supercell is too big of a company to really care about customers' ideas at this point I guess.. Thanks for the information guys.

What with the hate for sc? You do realize that sc doesn't have to make coc free.

On average, each day of an upgrade costs about 250 gems which is $2.50 in purchase.

If we were talking about just the new player with 2 free builders, on a 6 day upgrade, can cut ugrade time down to 3 days, saving $7.50 supercell would have otherwise received in gem purchases.

Now let's look at someone that has 3 builders, free from archievements. On a 12 day upgrade they can drop it down to 4 days, cutting out $20 in potential earnings from supercell. And getting upgrades as fast as they did as a TH7?

Even if they bought the builder, one time $5 purchase to save hundreds eventually? Not good for business.

Multiply that with all upgrades available and millions of users world wie.

If supercell and Clash of clans were a sustainable business model that could earn for years or decades to come, I understand loosening up the belt and dropping prices, however, mobile games are known to only survive a few years at best before they become obsolete. They have to produce and bank as much as possible while the flow is good.
