Should TH9 be able to upgrade Pekkas to Level 4?

are pekkas the only troop that can be leveled twice in 1 th?

pekkas can be upgraded twice at th8 and th10
valks and golems in th9
minions and hogs in th8
freeze spell in th10

I'm surprised by this as well. Other than upgrading DE drills, there is not a lot to spend elixir on. I am doing all of my elixir upgrades first because I seem to always have 8 million elixir and collectors filling up.

One spell that confused me is the rage spell, why is the max available at TH8? It is the only spell/troop you can max with 2 TH upgrades to go.

I am also a TH9, but I'm not sure how balanced a lvl4 pekka would be at TH9. They were originally designed for TH10, then they made the lvl 5 pekka. I sure wouldn't mind upgrading to level 4 at TH9 if I had the chance though!

it would be but would it make a difference? IMO no, they are to expesive to farm with, and any th9 pushing army can take out a th8 anyway, so I don't see that as an issue.

It's an issue when a TH9 pushes to champs or when you take on a TH10 during CW. Yes my friend, I see an issue.

I was only talking about a th9 taking on a th8, be it farming, pushing or war, a simple response to what churbo said.

Other than that, I'm not sure wiether you are for or against th9 getting lvl 4s. It will give th9s an extra leg up pushing to champs or taking on a th10.

The upgrade chart for pekka's looks a bit off with 2 upgrades at TH8 and 2 upgrades at TH10...
Also, the candy in the last update was mostly (pekka lvl5, tesla lvl8) for TH10s while their disco inferno was left mostly intact so yes, I think TH9 deserve a little something too.

Regarding TH8: While Pekka lvl4 deployed on a TH8 being OP is certainly true, I don't see it as a valid argument as any mid to late TH9 can already wipe out a maxed out TH8 today with hogs, GoWiPe, ...
